#51: Comfort Food

Our first pot pie in all its yummy glory....
I've had a bit of a cold the past few days, but fortunately my appetite is still intact and my taste buds haven't been off. What a relief, because we decided to make our first veggie pot pie last night. We used this recipe, except we substituted wheat flour for the all purpose flour and omitted the tofu. I was so happy to have something yummy to eat when I was feeling all yucky inside. And for once I was glad we were eating the same thing for lunch and for dinner....it was that good!
