Recipe: Sweet Chili Lime Tofu with Wok Steamed Collards and Quinoa

I didn't bother taking a photo of our dinner tonight, but it was delicious, healthy and filling. The tofu wasn't too spongy, which, in my humble opinion, is reason enough to rejoice! I despise soft, wet tofu. Just the thought of it makes me queasy. Ew. The recipe came from Vegan Yum Yum, a vegan website I discovered about a year ago. They even have an app!
